Tourism Operations Manager
Role Overview
A leading tourism organisation in Zurich is seeking an experienced Tourism Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth delivery of high-quality travel and tourism services. The successful candidate will manage operational teams, coordinate with travel partners, improve customer experiences, and ensure that all services are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in tourism, travel, or hospitality operations.
- Proven experience managing tourism or travel-related operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience working with travel partners, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and operational priorities.
- Good knowledge of the European tourism market.
- Fluent English; German or other European languages are an advantage.
